Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of October 16, 2025.
この省令は、令和七年十月十六日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures
第二条（経過措置）
With respect to dispositions on the following applications filed before the date on which this Ministerial Order comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), the provisions then in force continue to govern:
この省令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前にされた次に掲げる申請についての処分については、なお従前の例による。
an application for landing under the provisions of Article 6, paragraph (2) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") filed by a foreign national seeking to engage in the activities listed in the right-hand column under "Business Manager" of Appended Table I (2) of the Act, for which no disposition as to whether to affix a seal of verification for landing permission under the provisions of Chapter III, Section 1 or Section 2 of the Act has been made at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect;
an application for the issuance of a certificate of eligibility under the provisions of Article 7-2, paragraph (1) of the Act filed by a foreign national seeking to engage in the activities listed in the right-hand column under "Business Manager" of Appended Table I (2) of the Act, for which no disposition as to whether to issue it has been made at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect.
Supplementary Provisions, Article 3
第三条
With respect to dispositions on applications for landing under the provisions of Article 6, paragraph (2) of the Act filed on or after the Effective Date by persons who were issued, before the Effective Date, a certificate of eligibility under the provisions of Article 7-2, paragraph (1) of the Act in seeking to engage in the activities listed in the right-hand column under "Business Manager" of Appended Table I (2) of the Act, and by persons who were issued a certificate of eligibility under the provisions of Article 7-2, paragraph (1) of the Act in a case where the provisions then in force are to continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of the preceding Article (limited to the part pertaining to item (ii)), the provisions then in force continue to govern until the day on which three months have elapsed from the Effective Date (or, for a person who was issued a certificate of eligibility under the provisions of Article 7-2, paragraph (1) of the Act in a case where the provisions then in force are to continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of the preceding Article (limited to the part pertaining to item (ii)), from the date of that issuance).
施行日前に法別表第一の二の表の経営・管理の項の下欄に掲げる活動を行おうとして法第七条の二第一項の規定による在留資格認定証明書の交付を受けた者及び前条（第二号に係る部分に限る。）の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされる場合における法第七条の二第一項の規定による在留資格認定証明書の交付を受けた者から施行日以後にされた法第六条第二項の規定による上陸の申請に対する処分については、施行日（前条（第二号に係る部分に限る。）の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされる場合における法第七条の二第一項の規定による在留資格認定証明書の交付を受けた者にあっては、当該交付の日）から起算して三月を経過する日までの間は、なお従前の例による。
