第五条
A certificate issued before the Effective Date under Article 7-2, paragraph (1) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Cabinet Order No. 319 of 1951) on the grounds of conformity with the criteria of the entry for the activities listed in the right-hand column under "Trainee" of the Appended Table I (4) of the Act in the table of the Ministerial Order to Provide for Criteria Pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph (1), Item (ii) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act prior to the amendment by this Ministerial Order is deemed to be a certificate issued under Article 7-2, paragraph (1) of that Act on the grounds of conformity with the criteria of the entry for the activities listed in the right-hand column under "Trainee" of the Appended Table I (4) of the Act in the table of the New Ministerial Order for Criteria.
施行日前に、この省令による改正前の出入国管理及び難民認定法第七条第一項第二号の基準を定める省令の表の法別表第一の四の表の研修の項の下欄に掲げる活動の項の基準に適合するとして出入国管理及び難民認定法（昭和二十六年政令第三百十九号）第七条の二第一項に基づき交付した証明書は、新基準省令の表の法別表第一の四の表の研修の項の下欄に掲げる活動の項の基準に適合するとして同法第七条の二第一項に基づき交付した証明書とみなす。
