附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。
The Ministerial Order Providing for Measures for Special Provisions of Ministerial Orders Relating to the Ministry of Justice Prescribed in Article 2, Paragraph (3) of the Act on Special Districts for Structural Reform and Specified Projects to Which They Apply (Ministry of Justice Order No. 63 of August 29, 2003) is abolished.
法務省関係構造改革特別区域法第二条第三項に規定する省令の特例に関する措置及びその適用を受ける特定事業を定める省令（平成十五年八月二十九日法務省令第六十三号）は、廃止する。
