附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of June 1, 2006.
この省令は、平成十八年六月一日から施行する。
With respect to the criteria under Article 7, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") pertaining to the issuance of a certificate under Article 7-2 of the Act applied for before this Ministerial Order comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行前に申請された出入国管理及び難民認定法（以下「法」という。）第七条の二の規定による証明書の交付に係る法第七条第一項第二号の基準については、なお従前の例による。
With respect to the criteria under Article 7, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Act for a person who holds a certificate issued under Article 7-2, paragraph (1) of the Act before this Ministerial Order comes into effect or a passport bearing a visa granted before this Ministerial Order comes into effect and who files an application under Article 6, paragraph (2) of the Act after this Ministerial Order comes into effect, and the criteria under Article 7, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Act for a person who holds a certificate issued, pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, under Article 7-2, paragraph (1) of the Act after this Ministerial Order comes into effect and who files an application under Article 6, paragraph (2) of the Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行前に法第七条の二第一項に基づき交付を受けた証明書又は査証を受けた旅券を所持しこの省令の施行後に法第六条第二項の申請を行った者に係る法第七条第一項第二号の基準及び前項の規定によりこの省令の施行後に法第七条の二第一項に基づき交付を受けた証明書を所持し法第六条第二項の申請を行った者に係る法第七条第一項第二号の基準については、なお従前の例による。
