附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of June 1, 1990.
この省令は、平成二年六月一日から施行する。
The criteria provided for in this Ministerial Order do not apply where the applicant is a person who holds the certificate under Article 4, paragraph (3) of the Act prior to the amendment by the Act Partially Amending the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Act No. 79 of 1989), a person who holds the document under the proviso to Article 6, paragraph (1) of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Ministry of Justice Order No. 54 of 1981) prior to the amendment by the Ministerial Order Partially Amending the Regulation for Enforcement of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Ministry of Justice Order No. 15 of 1990), or a person who holds a passport bearing a visa received before this Ministerial Order comes into effect.
この省令の定める基準は、申請人が出入国管理及び難民認定法の一部を改正する法律（平成元年法律第七十九号）による改正前の法第四条第三項の証明書を所持する者、出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則の一部を改正する省令（平成二年法務省令第十五号）による改正前の出入国管理及び難民認定法施行規則（昭和五十六年法務省令第五十四号）第六条第一項ただし書の文書を所持する者又はこの省令の施行前に査証を受けた旅券を所持する者である場合は、適用しない。
