第三条（中央社会保険医療協議会への諮問等に係る準備行為）
When the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare intends to make the determination under Article 64, paragraph (2), item (vi) of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People as amended by the provisions of Article 8, or intends to establish the standards under the provisions of Article 76, paragraph (3), item (i), (a) or (b) of that Act as amended by the provisions of Article 8, the Minister may, even before the item (iv) Effective Date, hear the opinions of the Central Social Insurance Medical Council, by the same procedure as under the provisions of paragraph (5) of that Article.
厚生労働大臣は、第八条の規定による改正後の高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律第六十四条第二項第六号の定めをしようとするとき、又は第八条の規定による改正後の同法第七十六条第三項第一号イ若しくはロの規定による基準を定めようとするときは、第四号施行日前においても、同条第五項の規定の例により、中央社会保険医療協議会の意見を聴くことができる。
