第三十二条
The provisions of Article 55-2 of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People as amended by Article 11 apply to a person who becomes a person insured for old-old medical care by coming to fall under any of the items of paragraph (1) of that Article on or after the Effective Date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern a person who became a person insured for old-old medical care before the Effective Date.
第十一条の規定による改正後の高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律第五十五条の二の規定は、施行日以後に同条第一項各号に該当するに至ったことにより後期高齢者医療の被保険者となる者について適用し、施行日前に後期高齢者医療の被保険者となった者については、なお従前の例による。
