第二十五条
Prefectures are to establish, promptly on or after the item (ii) Effective Date, the prefectural plan for the optimization of medical expenses under the item (ii) Amended Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act (hereinafter referred to as the "new prefectural plan").
都道府県は、第二号施行日以後、速やかに、第二号改正後高確法に基づく都道府県医療費適正化計画（以下「新都道府県計画」という。）を定めるものとする。
The prefectural plan for the optimization of medical expenses under the item (ii) Pre-amendment Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act (referred to as the "former prefectural plan" in the following paragraph) is deemed to be the new prefectural plan until the new prefectural plan is established.
第二号改正前高確法に基づく都道府県医療費適正化計画（次項において「旧都道府県計画」という。）は、新都道府県計画が定められるまでの間、新都道府県計画とみなす。
With regard to the former prefectural plan deemed to be the new prefectural plan pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the provisions of Article 9, Article 11, paragraphs (1) through (5), Article 12, paragraphs (1) and (2), Article 13, paragraph (1) and Article 15 of the item (ii) Amended Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act do not apply, and the provisions then in force continue to govern. In this case, the day before the day on which the new prefectural plan is established is deemed to be the last day of the period of the former prefectural plan.
前項の規定により新都道府県計画とみなされた旧都道府県計画については、第二号改正後高確法第九条、第十一条第一項から第五項まで、第十二条第一項及び第二項、第十三条第一項並びに第十五条の規定は適用せず、なお従前の例による。この場合において、新都道府県計画が定められた日の前日を旧都道府県計画の期間の終了の日とみなす。
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 9, paragraph (1) of the item (ii) Amended Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act to the new prefectural plan first established on or after the item (ii) Effective Date, the phrase "every six years, with six years as one period," in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "with the plan period ending on March 31, 2024,".
第二号施行日以後最初に定められる新都道府県計画に対する第二号改正後高確法第九条第一項の規定の適用については、同項中「六年ごとに、六年を一期として、」とあるのは、「令和六年三月三十一日までを計画期間とする」とする。
