第五十一条の八

The Social Insurance Medical Fee Payment Fund under the Act on Social Insurance Medical Fee Payment Fund (Act No. 129 of 1948) must, without delay after the enforcement of the provisions prescribed in Article 1, item (v) of the Supplementary Provisions, change the amounts of the young-old subsidies, the young-old payments and the aid for the old-old under the provisions of the Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act pertaining to each Insurer for fiscal year 2016 (referred to as "young-old subsidy, etc." in the following paragraph), and notify the amounts as so changed respectively.

社会保険診療報酬支払基金法（昭和二十三年法律第百二十九号）による社会保険診療報酬支払基金は、附則第一条第五号に規定する規定の施行後遅滞なく、平成二十八年度における各保険者に係る高齢者医療確保法の規定による前期高齢者交付金及び前期高齢者納付金並びに後期高齢者支援金（次項において「前期高齢者交付金等」という。）の額を変更し、当該変更後の額をそれぞれ通知しなければならない。

The provisions of Article 42, paragraph (3) and Article 43, paragraph (3) of the Amended Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act, and the provisions of that paragraph as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 124, apply mutatis mutandis respectively to the case where the amount of the young-old subsidy, etc. has been changed pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

改正後高齢者医療確保法第四十二条第三項及び第四十三条第三項並びに第百二十四条において準用する同項の規定は、前項の規定により前期高齢者交付金等の額の変更がされた場合について、それぞれ準用する。
