第三十六条
The provisions of Article 13-3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People apply to an insured for old-old medical care who has been admitted to the converted community-based facility for the elderly covered by public aid requiring long-term care prescribed in paragraph (1) of that Article that has become such a facility on or after the Effective Date (limited to a person found to have changed domicile to the location of the former facility covered by public aid providing long-term care to the elderly prescribed in that paragraph by being admitted to that former facility), and who is found, when admitted to that former facility, to have been domiciled within the area of an Association of Medical Care Systems for the Elderly Aged 75 and older other than the Association of Medical Care Systems for the Elderly Aged 75 and older where that former facility is located.
高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律附則第十三条の三の規定は、同条第一項に規定する変更後地域密着型介護老人福祉施設に施行日以後になったものに入所をしている後期高齢者医療の被保険者（同項に規定する変更前介護老人福祉施設に入所をすることにより、当該変更前介護老人福祉施設の所在する場所に住所を変更したと認められる者に限る。）であって、当該変更前介護老人福祉施設に入所をした際、当該変更前介護老人福祉施設が所在する後期高齢者医療広域連合以外の後期高齢者医療広域連合の区域内に住所を有していたと認められるものについて、適用する。
