Supplementary Provisions, Article 35Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People
第三十五条（高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to a person insured for old-old medical care who, at the time of the enforcement of the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions, is actually residing in a specified facility set forth in Article 55, paragraph (1), item (v) of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People as it stood before the amendment by the preceding Article (excluding one that falls under a specified facility set forth in Article 55, paragraph (1), item (v) of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People as amended by the preceding Article), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の際現に前条の規定による改正前の高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律第五十五条第一項第五号に掲げる特定施設（前条の規定による改正後の高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律第五十五条第一項第五号に掲げる特定施設に該当するものを除く。）に入居をしている後期高齢者医療の被保険者については、なお従前の例による。
