Supplementary Provisions, Article 17
第十七条
The Social Insurance Medical Fee Payment Fund under the Act on Social Insurance Medical Fee Payment Fund (Act No. 129 of 1948) must, without delay after the enforcement of the provisions prescribed in the proviso to Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions, change the amounts of the young-old subsidies, the young-old payments and the aid for the old-old (referred to as "young-old subsidy, etc." in the following paragraph) pertaining to each of the Insurers of employee insurance, etc. for fiscal year 2010, and notify the amounts as so changed respectively.
The provisions of Article 42, paragraph (3) and Article 43, paragraph (3) of the Amended Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act, and the provisions of Article 43, paragraph (3) as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 124, apply mutatis mutandis respectively to the case where the amount of the young-old subsidy, etc. has been changed pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
改正後高齢者医療確保法第四十二条第三項及び第四十三条第三項並びに第百二十四条において準用する第四十三条第三項の規定は、前項の規定により前期高齢者交付金等の額の変更がされた場合について、それぞれ準用する。
