第十六条
Notwithstanding Article 14-4, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amended Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act, the amount of the fixed aid for the old-old pertaining to Insurers of employee insurance, etc. for fiscal year 2010 is the sum total of the amount equivalent to 8/12 of the amount calculated pursuant to the provisions of that paragraph and the amount equivalent to 4/12 of the amount that would be calculated pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) of Article 121 of the Amended Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act if the provisions of that Article were applied to the insurer of employee insurance, etc. concerned on the assumption that the provisions of Article 14-4 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amended Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act did not apply in that fiscal year.
平成二十二年度の被用者保険等保険者に係る確定後期高齢者支援金の額は、改正後高齢者医療確保法附則第十四条の四第一項の規定にかかわらず、同項の規定により算定される額の十二分の八に相当する額と同年度において同条の規定の適用がないものとして改正後高齢者医療確保法第百二十一条の規定を当該被用者保険等保険者に適用するとしたならば同条第一項の規定により算定されることとなる額の十二分の四に相当する額との合計額とする。
