第十一条
Notwithstanding Article 13-2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People as amended by Article 3 (hereinafter referred to as the "Amended Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act"), the amount of the estimated young-old subsidy pertaining to Insurers of employee insurance, etc. for fiscal year 2010 is the sum total of the amount equivalent to 8/12 of the amount calculated pursuant to the provisions of that Article and the amount equivalent to 4/12 of the amount that would be calculated pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (1) of Article 34 of the Amended Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act if the provisions of that Article were applied to the insurer of employee insurance, etc. concerned on the assumption that the provisions of Article 13-2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amended Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act did not apply in that fiscal year.
平成二十二年度の被用者保険等保険者に係る概算前期高齢者交付金の額は、第三条の規定による改正後の高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律（以下「改正後高齢者医療確保法」という。）附則第十三条の二の規定にかかわらず、同条の規定により算定される額の十二分の八に相当する額と同年度において同条の規定の適用がないものとして改正後高齢者医療確保法第三十四条の規定を当該被用者保険等保険者に適用するとしたならば同条第一項の規定により算定されることとなる額の十二分の四に相当する額との合計額とする。
