第十条（高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the estimated young-old subsidy and the fixed young-old subsidy, the estimated young-old payment and the fixed young-old payment, and the estimated aid for the old-old and the fixed aid for the old-old pertaining to Insurers of employee insurance, etc. (meaning Insurers of employee insurance, etc. prescribed in Article 10, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amended National Health Insurance Act; the same applies hereinafter) for each fiscal year up to and including fiscal year 2009, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
平成二十一年度以前の年度の被用者保険等保険者（改正後国保法附則第十条第一項に規定する被用者保険等保険者をいう。以下同じ。）に係る概算前期高齢者交付金及び確定前期高齢者交付金、概算前期高齢者納付金及び確定前期高齢者納付金並びに概算後期高齢者支援金及び確定後期高齢者支援金については、なお従前の例による。
