第十条（国民健康保険法等の一部を改正する法律の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The amount of the estimated medical expense contribution for fiscal year 1998 is, notwithstanding Article 55, paragraph (1) of the Act on Health and Medical Services for the Elderly and Article 8, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Health Insurance Act, etc. as amended by the provisions of Article 3 (hereinafter referred to as the "New 1995 Amendment Act"), to be the sum total of the amounts set forth in the following items.
平成十年度の概算医療費拠出金の額は、老人保健法第五十五条第一項及び第三条の規定による改正後の国民健康保険法等の一部を改正する法律（以下「新平成七年改正法」という。）附則第八条第一項の規定にかかわらず、次の各号に掲げる額の合計額とする。
the amount obtained by multiplying the amount calculated as the amount of the estimated medical expense contribution for fiscal year 1998 based on the provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Health Insurance Act, etc. as it stood before the amendment by the provisions of Article 3 (hereinafter referred to as the "Former 1995 Amendment Act") by the rate obtained by dividing by 12 the number of months from April 1998 through the month in which the date of enforcement of this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date") falls;
第三条の規定による改正前の国民健康保険法等の一部を改正する法律（以下「旧平成七年改正法」という。）の規定に基づき平成十年度の概算医療費拠出金の額として算定された額に、平成十年四月からこの法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）の属する月までの月数を十二で除して得た率を乗じて得た額
the amount obtained by multiplying the amount equivalent to the amount that would be the amount of the estimated medical expense contribution for fiscal year 1998 if calculated based on the provisions of the New 1995 Amendment Act by the rate obtained by dividing by 12 the number of months from the month following the month in which the Effective Date falls through March 1999.
