Supplementary Provisions, Article 21Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Act on Health and Medical Services for the Elderly
第二十一条（老人保健法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to benefits under the provisions of the Act on Health and Medical Services for the Elderly pertaining to the provision of meals, nursing or transportation provided before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に行われた食事の提供、看護又は移送に係る老人保健法の規定による給付については、なお従前の例による。
