第十六条
At an appropriate time after the enforcement of the provisions of Article 4, the government is to, when it finds it necessary in consideration of the state of health care facilities for the elderly, review how health care facilities for the elderly should be and take required measures based on the results.
政府は、第四条の規定の施行後適当な時期において、老人保健施設に関する状況を勘案し、必要があると認めるときは、老人保健施設の在り方について検討を加え、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
