A person falling under one of the following items is subject to a fine of not more than 300,000 yen:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、三十万円以下の罰金に処する。
a person who has failed to make a report or has made a false report under the provisions of Article 24, paragraph (1), has refused, obstructed or evaded an entry or inspection under the provisions of that paragraph, or has failed to answer or has given a false answer to a question under the provisions of that paragraph;
a person who, in violation of the provisions of Article 955, paragraph (1) of the Companies Act as applied mutatis mutandis in Article 25-23-2, paragraph (6), has failed to state or record in the investigation record book, etc. prescribed in that paragraph the matters prescribed by Ministry of Justice Order concerning the electronic public notice investigation prescribed in that paragraph, has made a false statement or record, or has failed to preserve that investigation record book, etc.
第二十五条の二十三の二第六項において準用する会社法第九百五十五条第一項の規定に違反して、同項に規定する調査記録簿等に同項に規定する電子公告調査に関し法務省令で定めるものを記載せず、若しくは記録せず、若しくは虚偽の記載若しくは記録をし、又は当該調査記録簿等を保存しなかつた者
