第十七条（障害者雇用納付金、障害者雇用調整金及び報奨金に関する経過措置）
With regard to the collection of the Persons with Disabilities Employment Levy and the payment of monetary adjustments for the employment of persons with disabilities and incentives for fiscal year 2023 or earlier, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
令和五年度以前の年度分の障害者雇用納付金の徴収並びに障害者雇用調整金及び報奨金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
