When, in violation of the provisions of Article 69-6, a person has needlessly disclosed to another person the content of medical corporation information that they came to know in connection with the use of medical corporation information, or has used it for an unjust purpose, the person who committed the violation is punished by imprisonment for up to one year or a fine of up to 500,000 yen, or both.
