Upon request from a prefectural governor, the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may, to the extent necessary for the implementation of the provisions of this Section, provide to the prefectural governor information that the Minister holds concerning disaster and infectious disease medical care workers and that is specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
厚生労働大臣は、都道府県知事の求めに応じ、この節の規定の実施に必要な限度において、その保有する災害・感染症医療業務従事者に関する情報であつて厚生労働省令で定めるものを当該都道府県知事に提供することができる。
