第百一条（第百条第三項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定による労働基準監督官又は女性主管局長若しくはその指定する所属官吏の臨検を拒み、妨げ、若しくは忌避し、その尋問に対して陳述をせず、若しくは虚偽の陳述をし、帳簿書類の提出をせず、又は虚偽の記載をした帳簿書類の提出をした者
a person who has refused, impeded, or evaded an inspection by a labor standards inspector or by the Director-General of the Women's Management Bureau or an official of that Bureau designated by the Director-General based on the provisions of Article 101 (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 100, paragraph (3)); has not replied or has made false statements in response to questioning by them; has not submitted books and records to them; or has submitted books and records containing false entries to them;
