法第八条第八号、第十号（映画の製作の事業を除く。）、第十三号及び第十四号の事業のうち常時五人未満の労働者を使用するものに係る新規則第二十五条の二の規定の適用については、昭和六十六年三月三十一日までの間は、同条中「四十八時間」とあるのは「五十四時間」と、「八時間」とあるのは「九時間」とする。
With respect to the application of the provisions of Article 25-2 of the new Rules to the businesses set forth in Article 8, items (viii), (x) (excluding the business of film production), (xiii) and (xiv) of the Act that regularly employ fewer than five workers, until March 31, 1991, the term "48 hours" in that Article is deemed to be replaced with "54 hours" and the term "eight hours" with "nine hours".
