With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 17 in the case where the provisions of Article 36 of the Act are applied with the replacement of terms pursuant to the provisions of Article 141, paragraph (1) of the Act (including as applied pursuant to the provisions of Article 128 of the Medical Care Act; the same applies in paragraph (5)), the terms set forth in the middle column of the following table in the provisions set forth in the left-hand column of that table are deemed to be replaced with the terms set forth in the right-hand column of that table, respectively; provided, however, that in the case of the replacement of terms pursuant to the provisions of Article 128 of the Medical Care Act, the term "Article 141, paragraph (2) of the Act" in the row for the proviso to paragraph (1) of that table is deemed to be replaced with "Article 141, paragraph (2) of the Act as applied with the replacement of terms pursuant to the provisions of Article 128 of the Medical Care Act (Act No. 205 of 1948)", and the term "Article 141, paragraph (3) of the Act" in the row for paragraph (1), item (iii) of that table is deemed to be replaced with "Article 141, paragraph (3) of the Act as applied with the replacement of terms pursuant to the provisions of Article 128 of the Medical Care Act".
