Supplementary Provisions, Article 15, paragraph (1)
第二条改正後入管法第六十一条の二の九第四項の規定は、施行日以後に入管法第六十一条の二第一項又は第二項の申請をした在留資格未取得外国人について適用する。
The provisions of Article 61-2-9, paragraph (4) of the Immigration Control Act as Amended by Article 2 apply to a foreign national without a status of residence who files an application under Article 61-2, paragraph (1) or (2) of the Immigration Control Act on or after the Effective Date.
