If the item (vi) effective date precedes the effective date of the 2022 Act amending the Penal Code and other laws, with regard to the application of the provisions of Article 60-2, paragraph (1), items (ii) and (iii) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act as amended by the provisions of Article 3 (referred to as the "new Immigration Control Act" in the following paragraph and paragraph (4)) during the period from the item (vi) effective date to the day before the effective date of the 2022 Act amending the Penal Code and other laws, the term "imprisonment" in item (ii) of the same paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "imprisonment with work or imprisonment without work", and the term "imprisonment" in item (iii) of the same paragraph with "imprisonment without work".
