Supplementary Provisions, Article 1, paragraph (1)
This Act comes into effect as of April 1, 2019; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 3, Article 6 and Article 18, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
