第一条中出入国管理及び難民認定法の目次及び第六条第一項ただし書の改正規定、同法第十四条の次に一条を加える改正規定、同法第十五条第六項、第二十三条第一項及び第二十四条の改正規定、同法第四章第四節中第二十六条の二の次に一条を加える改正規定並びに同法第五十七条、第五十九条第一項、第六十一条の二の四第一項第二号、第七十条第一項、第七十二条、第七十三条の二第二項第三号、第七十七条第二号及び別表第一の四の表留学の項の改正規定並びに附則第四条及び第七条の規定並びに附則第八条のうち行政手続等における情報通信の技術の利用に関する法律（平成十四年法律第百五十一号）別表出入国管理及び難民認定法（昭和二十六年政令第三百十九号）の項中「及び第六項」の下に「、第十四条の二第四項」を加える改正規定 平成二十七年一月一日
the provisions in Article 1 amending the table of contents and the proviso to Article 6, paragraph (1) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act, the provision adding one Article after Article 14 of the same Act, the provisions amending Article 15, paragraph (6), Article 23, paragraph (1) and Article 24 of the same Act, the provision adding one Article after Article 26-2 in Chapter IV, Section 4 of the same Act, and the provisions amending Article 57, Article 59, paragraph (1), Article 61-2-4, paragraph (1), item (ii), Article 70, paragraph (1), Article 72, Article 73-2, paragraph (2), item (iii), Article 77, item (ii) and the row for "Student" in Appended Table I (4) of the same Act; the provisions of Articles 4 and 7 of the Supplementary Provisions; and the provision in Article 8 of the Supplementary Provisions amending the row for the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Cabinet Order No. 319 of 1951) in the Appended Table of the Act on Use of Information and Communications Technology in Administrative Procedures, etc. (Act No. 151 of 2002) by adding ", Article 14-2, paragraph (4)" after "and paragraph (6)": January 1, 2015;
