第一項
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1, paragraph (1)
この法律は、公布の日から起算して二十日を経過した日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
This Act comes into effect as of the day on which 20 days have elapsed from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
第三条中出入国管理及び難民認定法第二十四条第四号リの改正規定 旅券法及び組織的な犯罪の処罰及び犯罪収益の規制等に関する法律の一部を改正する法律（平成十七年法律第五十五号）第一条中旅券法（昭和二十六年法律第二百六十七号）第二十三条の改正規定の施行の日又はこの法律の施行の日のいずれか遅い日
the provision in Article 3 amending Article 24, item (iv), sub-item (i) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act: the date on which the provision in Article 1 of the Act Partially Amending the Passport Act and the Act on Punishment of Organized Crimes and Control of Crime Proceeds (Act No. 55 of 2005) amending Article 23 of the Passport Act (Act No. 267 of 1951) comes into effect, or the date on which this Act comes into effect, whichever is later;
第三条中出入国管理及び難民認定法第五十六条の次に一条を加える改正規定及び同法第七十七条第一号の次に一号を加える改正規定 公布の日から起算して六月を経過した日
the provision in Article 3 adding an Article after Article 56 of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act and the provision adding an item after Article 77, item (i) of that Act: the day on which 6 months have elapsed from the date of promulgation;
第三条中出入国管理及び難民認定法第六十一条の二の二第一項第三号及び第六十一条の二の四第一項第五号の改正規定 出入国管理及び難民認定法の一部を改正する法律（平成十六年法律第七十三号）第二条の規定の施行の日又はこの法律の施行の日のいずれか遅い日
the provisions in Article 3 amending Article 61-2-2, paragraph (1), item (iii) and Article 61-2-4, paragraph (1), item (v) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act: the date on which the provisions of Article 2 of the Act Partially Amending the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Act No. 73 of 2004) come into effect, or the date on which this Act comes into effect, whichever is later.
