第三項
Supplementary Provisions, paragraph (3)
この法律の施行の際に、旧法の在留資格をもって在留する者が旧法第十九条第二項の許可を受けているときは、当該許可は、前項の規定によりみなされる新法の在留資格について受けた新法第十九条第二項の許可とみなす。
If, at the time this Act comes into effect, a person residing with a status of residence under the Former Act has been granted the permission under Article 19, paragraph (2) of the Former Act, that permission is deemed to be the permission under Article 19, paragraph (2) of the New Act granted with regard to the status of residence under the New Act that is deemed pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
