Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of April 1, 1999; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the day specified in the relevant item.
この法律は、平成十一年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
The provisions of Article 1 (excluding the amending provisions set forth in the following item), Article 3 (excluding the amending provisions set forth in the following item), Article 5, Article 6 and Article 7 (excluding the amending provisions set forth in the following item), and of Articles 3, 6, 7 and 10 and Article 14 (excluding the amending provisions set forth in the following item) of the Supplementary Provisions: the day specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding six months from the date of promulgation
第一条（次号に掲げる改正規定を除く。）、第三条（次号に掲げる改正規定を除く。）、第五条、第六条、第七条（次号に掲げる改正規定を除く。）並びに附則第三条、第六条、第七条、第十条及び第十四条（次号に掲げる改正規定を除く。）の規定 公布の日から起算して六月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日
