Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Employment Security Act
第四条（職業安定法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the national treasury's bearing of expenses required for the training listed in Article 26, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the Employment Security Act that is implemented by a local government, or expenses required for the allowance that a prefecture pays pursuant to the provisions of Article 29 of that Act before the amendment by this Act, which relate to the period up to the day before the date on which this Act comes into effect (including those expended on or after the date on which this Act comes into effect), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
地方公共団体が実施する職業安定法第二十六条第一項第三号に掲げる訓練に要する費用又は都道府県がこの法律による改正前の同法第二十九条の規定により支給する手当に要する費用で、この法律の施行の日の前日までに係るもの（この法律の施行の日以後に支出されるものを含む。）についての国庫の負担については、なお従前の例による。
