Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2009; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect on the dates specified respectively in those items:
この法律は、平成二十一年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
The provisions of Article 2, and the provisions of the following Article and Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions: July 1, 2010
第二条並びに次条及び附則第六条の規定 平成二十二年七月一日
The provisions of Article 3 (excluding the amending provisions set forth in the following item), and the provisions of Article 8 of the Supplementary Provisions: April 1, 2012
第三条の規定（次号に掲げる改正規定を除く。）及び附則第八条の規定 平成二十四年四月一日
The provision in Article 3 amending Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions, and the provisions of Articles 3 and 7 of the Supplementary Provisions: April 1, 2015
