Supplementary Provisions, Article 11Succession to the Status of Employees
第十一条（職員の身分の承継）
In the case provided for in Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions, a person who falls under any of the following items at the time this Act comes into effect is to become an employee of the new Association on the Effective Date:
an employee of the Employment Promotion Corporation who works at a facility established by the Employment Promotion Corporation that relates to the operations under the former law;
an employee who works at an office of the Employment Promotion Corporation and who is designated in advance by the president of the Employment Promotion Corporation; or
事業団の事務所に勤務する職員で、あらかじめ事業団の理事長が指名するもの
an employee of the Labor Welfare Corporation who works at a facility established by the Employment Promotion Corporation that relates to the operations under the former law conducted by the Labor Welfare Corporation upon commission from the Employment Promotion Corporation, and who is designated in advance by the president of the Labor Welfare Corporation.
