第二条（予算等の取扱いの特例）
In the case where the Association for the Employment Promotion of Persons with Physical Disabilities (hereinafter referred to as the "association") has already been established at the time this Act comes into effect, with regard to the budget, business plan and financial plan of that association for the business year beginning on April 1, 1985, the phrase "prior to the commencement of that fiscal year" in Article 61-2 of the Act for Employment Promotion of Persons with Physical Disabilities as amended by this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "New Act") is deemed to be replaced with "without delay after this Act comes into effect".
この法律の施行の際現に身体障害者雇用促進協会（以下「協会」という。）が設立されている場合においては、当該協会の昭和六十年四月一日に始まる事業年度の予算、事業計画及び資金計画については、この法律による改正後の身体障害者雇用促進法（以下「新法」という。）第六十一条の二中「当該年度の開始前に」とあるのは「この法律の施行後遅滞なく」とする。
