第二十条
The Social Insurance Medical Fee Payment Fund under the Act on Social Insurance Medical Fee Payment Fund (Act No. 129 of 1948) must, without delay after the enforcement of this Act, change the amount of contributions to be paid for fiscal year 2002 and notify the changed amount of contributions.
社会保険診療報酬支払基金法（昭和二十三年法律第百二十九号）による社会保険診療報酬支払基金は、この法律の施行後遅滞なく、平成十四年度に係る納付すべき拠出金の額を変更し、変更後の拠出金の額を通知しなければならない。
The provisions of Article 59, paragraph (3) of the New Elderly Health Act apply mutatis mutandis to the case referred to in the preceding paragraph.
