Supplementary Provisions, Article 19

With regard to the amount of fixed medical expense contributions for the fiscal years listed in the left-hand column of the following table, the provisions of Article 17 of the Supplementary Provisions apply mutatis mutandis, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 56, paragraph (1) of the New Elderly Health Act. In this case, in accordance with the classification of fiscal years listed in that column, the phrases listed in the middle column of the table in the provisions of that Article are deemed to be replaced with the phrases listed in the right-hand column of the table, respectively.
