Supplementary Provisions, Article 7Collection and Payment Obligation of Ward Transfer Support Grants
第七条（病床転換支援金の徴収及び納付義務）
The Organization collects bed conversion support payments and contributions for administrative expenses related to bed conversion subsidies (hereinafter referred to as "bed conversion support payment, etc.") from Insurers (in the case of National Health Insurance, the prefecture; the same applies hereinafter, except in Article 9-2, paragraph (4) of the Supplementary Provisions) each fiscal year in order to cover the expenses required for the services prescribed in Article 11, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions and for the handling of affairs relating to the services.
