第十四条（財政安定化基金の特例）
Until otherwise provided for by law, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 116, paragraph (1), a prefecture may, pursuant to the provisions of Cabinet Order, allocate a fiscal stability fund to the expenses necessary for a project to provide grants to an Association of Medical Care Systems for the Elderly Aged 75 and older for the purpose of preventing an increase in the insurance premiums rate.
都道府県は、当分の間、第百十六条第一項の規定にかかわらず、政令で定めるところにより、後期高齢者医療広域連合に対して保険料率の増加の抑制を図るための交付金を交付する事業に必要な費用に、財政安定化基金を充てることができる。
