Supplementary Provisions, Article 7

第七条

For the application of Article 254, paragraph (1) and Article 255, paragraph (1), item (iv) of the New Act, the crime under Article 374 of the Former Act is deemed to be the crime under Article 265 of the New Act.

新法第二百五十四条第一項及び第二百五十五条第一項第四号の規定の適用については、旧法第三百七十四条の罪は、新法第二百六十五条の罪とみなす。
