The OTIT may entrust part of the operations set forth in the preceding Article (excluding the operations set forth in item (i) of the same Article, and operations incidental thereto) with the authorization of the competent ministers.
The provisions of Article 80 and Article 81 apply mutatis mutandis to a person entrusted with the operations under the preceding paragraph (or their officers, if that person is a corporation), the relevant person's employees, and other persons engaging in the entrusted operations.
