If coming under any of the following items, the officer of the OTIT who has committed the relevant violation is subject to a civil fine of not more than 200,000yen:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合には、その違反行為をした機構の役員は、二十万円以下の過料に処する。
failure to receive authorization from or approval of the competent ministers if the authorization or approval is required pursuant to the provisions of Chapter III;
第三章の規定により主務大臣の認可又は承認を受けなければならない場合において、その認可又は承認を受けなかったとき。
failure to be registered in violation of Cabinet Order under Article 62, paragraph (1);
第六十二条第一項の規定による政令に違反して登記することを怠ったとき。
engaging in business other than that provided for in Article 87;
第八十七条に規定する業務以外の業務を行ったとき。
failure to keep documents or to make them available for public inspection in violation of Article 93, paragraph (3);
第九十三条第三項の規定に違反して、書類を備え置かず、又は縦覧に供しなかったとき。
investing surplus funds from the business in violation of Article 97; or
第九十七条の規定に違反して業務上の余裕金を運用したとき。
violation of the order of the competent ministers provided for in Article 99, paragraph (2).
