The administrative affairs that municipalities are to handle under the provisions of Article 3 of the Immigration Control Act Enforcement Order as applied mutatis mutandis in Article 16, Article 17 and Article 19; Article 22, paragraph (1) (including as applied mutatis mutandis in Article 24, paragraph (4)); Article 22, paragraphs (2) through (4); Articles 1 and 2 of the Order for Enforcement of the Special Act as applied mutatis mutandis in Article 22, paragraph (5); Article 23, paragraph (1); Articles 1 and 2 of the Order for Enforcement of the Special Act as applied mutatis mutandis in Article 23, paragraph (2); Article 24, paragraphs (1) through (3); Articles 1 and 2 of the Order for Enforcement of the Special Act as applied mutatis mutandis in Article 24, paragraph (5); and Article 4 of the Order for Enforcement of the Special Act as applied mutatis mutandis in the preceding Article are Type 1 statutory entrusted functions prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (9), item (i) of the Local Autonomy Act.
