A corporate-type pension plan records-related operational management institution, etc. issues a ruling confirming a person's right to receive benefits at the request of the person who has that right (hereinafter referred to as the "beneficiary" in this Section).
給付を受ける権利は、その権利を有する者（以下この節において「受給権者」という。）の請求に基づいて、企業型記録関連運営管理機関等が裁定する。
When a corporate-type pension plan records-related operational management institution, etc. has issued a ruling pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, it must give notice of the contents thereof to the asset management institution without delay.
企業型記録関連運営管理機関等は、前項の規定により裁定をしたときは、遅滞なく、その内容を資産管理機関に通知しなければならない。
