If the Minister of Finance finds it to be necessary for planning or drafting a system pertaining to defined contribution pension operational management business in connection with a financial failure resolution system or financial crisis management under the jurisdiction of the minister, the minister may request the Prime Minister to submit necessary materials and explanations.
