The competent ministers in the preceding Chapter are the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare and the Prime Minister, pursuant to the provisions of Cabinet Order.
前章における主務大臣は、政令で定めるところにより、厚生労働大臣及び内閣総理大臣とする。
An order of the competent ministry in this Act is an order issued by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare or the Prime Minister, pursuant to the provisions of Cabinet Order.
この法律における主務省令は、政令で定めるところにより、厚生労働大臣又は内閣総理大臣の発する命令とする。
The authority of the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare prescribed in this Act may be delegated to the Director-General of a regional bureau of health and welfare, pursuant to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
この法律に規定する厚生労働大臣の権限は、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、地方厚生局長に委任することができる。
The authority delegated to the Director-General of the Regional Bureau of Health and Welfare pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph may be delegated to the Director-General of a regional branch bureau of health and welfare, pursuant to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
前項の規定により地方厚生局長に委任された権限は、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、地方厚生支局長に委任することができる。
The Prime Minister delegates the authority under the provisions of the preceding Chapter (excluding that specified by Cabinet Order) to the Commissioner of the Financial Services Agency.
内閣総理大臣は、前章の規定による権限（政令で定めるものを除く。）を金融庁長官に委任する。
A part of the authority delegated to the Commissioner of the Financial Services Agency pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph may be delegated to the Director-General of the Local Finance Bureau or the Director-General of a local finance branch bureau, pursuant to the provisions of Cabinet Order.
前項の規定により金融庁長官に委任された権限については、政令で定めるところにより、その一部を財務局長又は財務支局長に委任することができる。
