The following authorities of the Minister of Justice are delegated to the Commissioner of the Immigration Services Agency; provided, however, that this does not prevent the Minister of Justice from personally exercising these authorities:
次に掲げる法務大臣の権限は、出入国在留管理庁長官に委任する。ただし、法務大臣が自ら行うことを妨げない。
