Supplementary Provisions, Article 84Transitional Measures concerning Notification of a Pension Insurer to a Municipality
第八十四条（年金保険者の市町村に対する通知に関する経過措置）
With regard to a Pension Insurer (meaning the Pension Insurer prescribed in that Article) pertaining to a person who has put up as security the right to receive an old age, etc. pension benefit (meaning the old age, etc. pension benefit prescribed in Article 131 of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act), the provisions of Article 134, paragraph (1) of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act prior to amendment by the provisions of the preceding Article remain in force.
老齢等年金給付（介護保険法第百三十一条に規定する老齢等年金給付をいう。）を受ける権利を担保に供している者に係る年金保険者（同条に規定する年金保険者をいう。）については、前条の規定による改正前の介護保険法第百三十四条第一項の規定は、なおその効力を有する。
In the case of the preceding paragraph, with regard to the application of Article 76-4 of the National Health Insurance Act (Act No. 192 of 1958) and Article 110 of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People (Act No. 80 of 1982), the phrase "the provisions of Articles 134 through 141-2 of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act" in those provisions is deemed to be replaced with "the provisions of Articles 134 through 141-2 of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act (including the provisions of Article 134, paragraph (1) of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act prior to amendment by the provisions of Article 83 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc. to Strengthen the Functions of the Pension System, which are to remain in force pursuant to the provisions of Article 84, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act)".
前項の場合における国民健康保険法（昭和三十三年法律第百九十二号）第七十六条の四及び高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律（昭和五十七年法律第八十号）第百十条の規定の適用については、これらの規定中「までの規定」とあるのは、「までの規定（年金制度の機能強化のための国民年金法等の一部を改正する法律附則第八十四条第一項の規定によりなおその効力を有するものとされた同法附則第八十三条の規定による改正前の介護保険法第百三十四条第一項の規定を含む。）」とする。
