第十六条（賦課決定の期間制限に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 200-2 of the item (iii) New Long-Term Care Insurance Act apply to insurance premiums for which the due date under that Article arrives on or after the item (iii) Effective Date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern insurance premiums for which the time limit equivalent to that due date arrived before the item (iii) Effective Date.
第三号新介護保険法第二百条の二の規定は、第三号施行日以後に同条の納期が到来する保険料について適用し、第三号施行日前に当該納期に相当する期限が到来した保険料については、なお従前の例による。
